Event Description
Hi everyone! Join me on Sunday morning for Boot Camp at Onondaga Lake Park. This will be our first BC is colder weather so make sure you dress appropraitely....that means ...dress as if the temperature is 10-15 degress warmer than it is and wear inexpensive gloves. You can get gloves at the Dollar Store or Big Lots, etc.
Be ready to work lots of drills! All are welcome and encouraged to come. Bring friends!
